Homer is actively involved with his church, his family, and the local business community in Sun Prairie, Marshall, and Waterloo.  He is a member of the Marshall Lions Club and is a volunteer serving meal on wheels in  Waterloo. Homer enjoys giving back to the community.

He graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1984.  He has been a licensed investment representative since 2001.  He earned the Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) designation from the College for Financial Planning in 2005.  In 2005, Homer founded Legacy Investments & Insurance Services, Inc.

Homer is passionate about serving his clients and helping them achieve both their personal and financial goals.  His focus is retirement income planning and investment management.  He offers these services with fee-based planning options tailored to the needs of the individual clients and small business owners that he serves.

He has been Dave Ramsey's Local Provider  for investments and financial services since 2006.
